Member names can no longer be edited from the Plans → Memberships section.
All customer name changes are now managed from the Customers page. Updating the customer's name there will update their name throughout Birrdi, including their membership.
How to Update a Member's Name
Click Customers in the top navigation.
Enter the customer's current name in the search box at the top of the page.
Click Search.
Click the customer's name to open their Customer Profile.
Click Edit Name at the bottom of the profile.
Enter the correct name and save your changes.
The updated name will now be reflected on the customer's profile and anywhere else they appear in Birrdi.
Why Can't I Edit the Name Under Memberships?
Customer information is managed centrally from the Customers page. The Plans → Memberships section is used to manage the customer's membership, while changes to their name should be made from their Customer Profile.
