Removing a Canceled Membership from a Member’s Profile

Sometimes you don’t want a canceled membership to remain visible on a customer’s profile forever. Whether it’s for clarity, privacy, or a cleaner customer experience, Birrdi allows you to fully remove a canceled membership so it no longer appears to the member.

This action only applies to canceled memberships and does not affect active or paused memberships.


When to Use This

Removing a canceled membership is useful if:

  • A membership was created by mistake

  • You don’t want former memberships visible to customers

  • You want to keep customer profiles clean and simple

  • A canceled plan is no longer relevant or offered

Once removed, the membership will no longer appear in the member’s account.


How to Remove a Canceled Membership

Follow these steps as an admin:

  1. Go to Memberships in the top menu bar

  2. Select the membership plan the customer was previously on

  3. Click the User + icon to view members on that plan

  4. Navigate to the Canceled tab

  5. Find the member’s name

  6. Click the X icon next to the member to remove the membership

That’s it — the canceled membership is now fully removed and will no longer appear on the member’s profile.


Important Notes

  • Only canceled memberships can be removed

  • Active or paused memberships must be canceled first

  • This action removes visibility from the customer’s profile, but does not retroactively change billing history
