The Credit Usage chart, located on the Home Dashboard, shows how customers redeem credits over the selected reporting period.
This report includes credit usage from:
Memberships
Leagues
Packs
Account Credits
Use it to better understand how customers are using credits and identify overall redemption trends.
Viewing the Credit Usage Chart
Navigate to Home from the top navigation.
The Credit Usage chart appears on the Key Metrics Dashboard.
The chart automatically updates whenever you change:
Facility
Date Range
How to Read the Chart
The chart visualizes credit redemption activity across the selected reporting period.
Use it to identify:
When customers are redeeming credits
Overall credit redemption trends
Seasonal or promotional activity
Member and prepaid customer engagement
This report can help you better understand how often customers are taking advantage of Membership, League, Pack, and Account Credits.
Changing the Date Range
The Credit Usage chart always reflects the currently selected date range.
Examples include:
Today
This Week
This Month
Custom Date Range
Selecting a different reporting period immediately refreshes the chart.
Changing Facilities
If your account manages multiple facilities, selecting a different facility updates the chart to display credit activity for that location only.
Good to Know
The chart is only displayed when credits have been redeemed during the selected reporting period.
If no credits were used, Birrdi displays an empty-state message instead.
On smaller devices, some charts may be hidden to provide the best viewing experience.
