The Home page is Birrdi's Key Metrics Dashboard, giving you a real-time overview of your facility's performance.
From here, you can monitor reservations, revenue, customer activity, bay utilization, and booking trends over any date range.
Whether you're checking today's performance or analyzing long-term trends, the Home Dashboard provides the key information you need to understand how your business is performing.
What You Can Do
From the Home Dashboard you can:
Select a custom date range or choose a preset such as Today, This Week, This Month, or Last Month.
Switch between facilities if your account manages multiple locations.
View your Key Metrics summary.
Analyze booking trends throughout the day and week.
Review bay utilization.
Monitor credit redemption activity.
View detailed Bay Statistics.
Export reports to CSV.
Key Metrics
At the top of the page you'll find your Key Metrics summary.
Depending on your facility type, these metrics may include:
Total Reservations
Revenue
Average Session Length
Hours Booked
Customers
Utilization statistics
Other operational metrics
These metrics automatically update based on the selected date range and facility.
Busiest Times
The Busiest Times chart displays reservation activity throughout the day.
Use this report to identify:
Peak operating hours
Slow periods
Staffing opportunities
Demand throughout the day
Busiest Days
The Busiest Days chart summarizes reservation activity across the days of the week.
This helps identify:
Your busiest weekdays
Weekend trends
Consistently slower days
Scheduling opportunities
Bay Usage
The Bay Usage report shows how reservations are distributed across your simulators or bays.
It's useful for identifying:
Most popular bays
Underutilized bays
Uneven booking distribution
Equipment utilization trends
Credit Usage
The Credit Usage chart displays when customers are redeeming credits.
This includes credits from:
Memberships
Leagues
Packs
Account Credits
This report helps you better understand customer redemption patterns and overall credit utilization.
Bay Statistics
Click Stats to view a detailed breakdown for each bay.
This report provides additional insight into bay performance and utilization, helping you understand how each simulator or bay contributes to your business.
Downloading Reports
Click Download to export available reports as a CSV file.
Reports reflect the currently selected:
Date range
Facility
making it easy to analyze data in Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred reporting software.

The Home Dashboard includes several tools across the top of the page:
Key Metrics — Opens the Home Dashboard.
Download — Export available reports.
Stats — View detailed Bay Statistics.
Facility Selector — Switch between facilities (when available).
Date Range Selector — Choose the reporting period.
Good to Know
All metrics and charts automatically update when you change the facility or date range.
If your account manages multiple facilities, each facility has its own reporting data.
If no reservations exist for the selected date range, Birrdi displays an empty-state message until reservation data becomes available.
On smaller devices, some charts may be hidden to provide the best viewing experience.
