Sorting the Customer List

The Customers page allows you to sort your Customer Directory by any available column, making it easy to identify your most active customers, highest spenders, newest customers, and more.

How to Sort

Simply click any sortable column header.

An arrow will appear beside the selected column indicating the current sort order:

  • ▲ Ascending

  • ▼ Descending

Click the same column again to reverse the sort order.

Sortable Columns

You can sort by:

  • Name

  • Reservations

  • Lifetime Spend

  • Credits Used

  • Account Credits

  • Average Session

  • Last Visit

  • Joined

Default Sort Order

When you click a column for the first time, Birrdi automatically chooses the most useful default sort direction.

Name

Sorts alphabetically from A → Z.

Numeric and Date Columns

The following columns sort from highest or most recent to lowest or oldest by default:

  • Reservations

  • Lifetime Spend

  • Credits Used

  • Account Credits

  • Average Session

  • Last Visit

  • Joined

For example:

  • Clicking Reservations displays your most active customers first.

  • Clicking Lifetime Spend displays your highest-value customers first.

  • Clicking Last Visit displays your most recent visitors first.

  • Clicking Joined displays your newest customers first.

Click the column again to reverse the order.

Sorting While Filtered

Sorting works together with the Customer filters.

For example, if you've filtered the list to:

  • A Membership

  • A League

  • A Pack

  • Public Customers

sorting will only reorder the customers currently displayed in that filtered view.

This makes it easy to identify your most active Members, League participants, or Pack holders without affecting the rest of your Customer Directory.
