You can view a customer's reservation history by navigating to Customers from the top navigation, opening a customer, and selecting the Reservations tab.
Opening the Reservations Tab
Open the customer's profile.
Select the Reservations tab.
Each reservation displays:
Facility — The bay, simulator, room, or facility that was reserved.
Date — The reservation date.
Time — The reservation start time.
Length — The reservation duration (or hole count for golf reservations).
Created — When the reservation was originally made.
If a reservation has an online payment receipt, you'll also see Receipt Available.
Note: Only reservations from the past 12 months are displayed.
Viewing a Receipt
If a reservation includes a receipt, simply click the reservation to open the receipt in a new browser tab.
If no receipt exists, Birrdi will display a No Receipt message.
This is normal and typically means the reservation wasn't prepaid online.
Common reasons include:
The reservation was created by a staff member.
The reservation was paid for using Membership, League, Pack, or Account Credits.
Pre-Payment was disabled when the reservation was created.
The reservation was paid using another payment method outside of Birrdi.
Since no online payment was processed through Birrdi, no receipt was generated.
Downloading Customer Information
The Download button on the Reservations tab exports the customer's standard Customer CSV.
It does not generate a reservation-by-reservation export.
Common Questions
Why can't I see reservations older than one year?

Staff created the reservation.
Credits were redeemed.
Pre-Payment was disabled.
Payment was collected outside of Birrdi.
Are canceled reservations displayed?
Yes.
Canceled reservations remain visible in the customer's reservation history.
The Facility name appears in red, making canceled reservations easy to identify.
