Customers are automatically added the first time they make a reservation, or you can add them manually at any time.
What You Can Do
From the Customers page, you can:
Search for customers by name, phone number, or email.
Filter customers by Membership, League, Pack, Public (Non-Member), or view All Customers.
Sort by any available column, including reservations, lifetime spend, last visit, and more.
Add a customer manually.
Export your entire customer list or an individual customer to CSV.
Open a customer's profile to view reservations, plans, account credits, payment cards, and additional details.
Edit customer information, add internal notes, adjust account credits, or ban a customer if necessary.
The Customer List
Each row represents a single customer.
On desktop, the following information is displayed:
Name
Phone
Email
Reservations — Total lifetime reservations.
Lifetime Spend — Total amount the customer has spent.
Credits Used — Total credits redeemed.
Account Credits — Current complimentary account credit balance.
Average Session — Average reservation length.
Last Visit — Most recent reservation (color coded).
Joined — Date the customer was first added to Birrdi.
On mobile devices, each row is condensed to display:
Name
Phone Number
Last Visit
Customer Profile
Click any customer to open their profile.
The customer profile includes the following tabs:
Details
View and edit:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Joined Date
Internal Notes
Reservations
View the customer's reservation history from the past 12 months.
Plans
View every Membership, League, and Pack assigned to the customer.
Account Credits
View the customer's complimentary account credit balance and credit history.
Cards on File
View the customer's saved payment methods stored securely in Square.
Customer Metrics
At the top of the Customers page, you'll find a metrics dashboard that summarizes customer activity and trends across your business.
If you have a large customer base, Birrdi loads your most recent customers first. Click Load More at the bottom of the page to display additional customers.
