You can view every Membership, League, and Pack assigned to a customer by navigating to Customers from the top navigation, opening a customer, and selecting the Plans tab.
The Plans tab provides a complete overview of the customer's active plans, when they joined, and what each plan costs.
Opening the Plans Tab
Navigate to Customers from the top navigation.
Open the customer you'd like to view.
Select the Plans tab.
Each plan displays:
Plan — The name of the Membership, League, or Pack.
Type — Membership, League, or Pack.
Price — The cost of the plan.
Joined — When the customer joined the plan.
If the customer has not joined any plans, the Plans tab will display a message indicating that no Memberships, Leagues, or Packs have been assigned yet.
How Pricing Is Displayed
The Price column is displayed differently depending on the type of plan.
Memberships
Memberships display both the recurring price and billing frequency.

$120.00 / Year
$15.00 / Week
$99.00 / Every 3 Months
$180.00 / Every 6 Months
One-time Memberships display their one-time purchase price.
Leagues
Leagues display the registration fee.
Examples:
$80.00 Registration
Free Registration
Packs
Packs display their one-time purchase price.
Examples:
$100.00
$250.00
Expired Memberships
If a recurring Membership has passed its next billing date, it is considered expired.
Expired Memberships are displayed:
With the Membership name shown in red
With an Expired status
Leagues and Packs do not display an Expired status in the Plans tab.

What's the difference between Memberships, Leagues, and Packs?
Memberships provide recurring or one-time access to member benefits and can include recurring Credit Plans.
Leagues are registration-based plans used to manage league participants during a defined league season.
Packs are one-time prepaid credit bundles, commonly used for Lesson Packs or prepaid simulator time.
Why is a Membership displayed in red?
A recurring Membership is shown in red when its next billing date has passed, indicating that the Membership has expired.
