Birrdi includes a dedicated League plan type, making it easy to organize league play without using Memberships.
League Plans allow you to define a league season, enroll players using a sign-up link, distribute credits, and control when league rounds can be booked.
Step 1: Create a League
Navigate to Plans from the top navigation.
Click Leagues from the left-hand sidebar.
Click Add League.
Configure your League:
Name (e.g. Fall League)
Description
League Start Date
League End Date
Public Sign Ups
Price (optional)
Credit Plan
Terms & Conditions
Unlike Memberships, Leagues do not have recurring billing or billing cycles.
Players join the League once, and their League remains active until the League End Date.
Once you've finished configuring the League, click Save.
Step 2: Create Your League Welcome Email
League Plans include an exclusive Welcome Email feature.
When a player signs up for your League, Birrdi automatically sends this email immediately after registration.
This is the perfect place to explain how your League works.
We recommend including information such as:
League rules
League format
When players can play their rounds
League start and end dates
How scores should be submitted
How standings are tracked
Contact information
Any additional expectations for participants
A well-written Welcome Email helps answer common questions before your players ever arrive.
Important: Birrdi manages League registration, credits, and reservations, but it does not track league scores, handicaps, or standings.

Any other scoring platform
be sure to explain that process in your Welcome Email so every player understands exactly how scores are submitted and how the League is managed.
Step 3: Create a Credit Plan
Create a Credit Plan that determines how many League credits each player receives.
Example:
Initial Credit Supply: 12
Max Daily Credits: 1
Credit Increment: 1
Expiration Rule: Expire
This would provide players with twelve total League credits while limiting redemption to one credit per day.
Attach this Credit Plan to your League.
Step 4: Share Your League Sign-Up Link
After saving your League, click Copy Signup Link.
Share this link on your:
Website
League registration page
Email campaigns
Social media
QR codes
Players simply click the link, register, and immediately become League participants.
Step 5: Create a League Rate
Create a dedicated Rate for your League.
Examples:

Fall League
Wednesday Night League
Configure the Rate by:
Attaching the League
Enabling Allow Credits
Setting any desired League pricing or discounts
Restricting available days and times
Matching the Rate's date range to the League season
This ensures League credits can only be redeemed during approved League booking windows.
How It Works for Players
The player signs up using your League Sign-Up Link.
They immediately receive your League Welcome Email.
They receive the credits from the attached Credit Plan.
They reserve using the League Rate.
If the reservation is eligible, their League credits are automatically applied (based on your Auto Apply Credits setting), and they can still review or adjust those credits before completing checkout.
Everything is completely self-service.
