The Customers page includes powerful search and filtering tools to help you quickly find the customers you're looking for.
You can narrow the list by:
Searching by name, phone number, or email
Filtering by Membership, League, Pack, Public Customers, or Everyone
Note: Searching and filtering cannot be used at the same time. Starting a search clears any active filter, and selecting a filter clears the current search.
Search by Name, Phone, or Email
At the top of the Customers page, use the Search field to quickly locate a customer.
You can search by:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Simply begin typing and click enter, and Birrdi will automatically search the appropriate field.
Examples
John Smith
(312) 555-1234
To clear your search:
Click the × inside the search box, or
Delete the search text.
The full customer list will immediately return.
Filter by Plan
Next to the Search field is the Filter button.
By default, it displays Everyone.
Click the button to choose one of the available filters.
General Filters
Everyone — Displays every customer.
Public Only — Displays customers who are not enrolled in any Membership, League, or Pack.
Plan Filters
You can also filter customers enrolled in a specific:
Membership
League
Pack
Only plans that currently exist in your Birrdi account will appear.
After selecting a plan, only customers enrolled in that plan will be displayed.
Removing a Filter
To return to the full customer list:
Open the Filter menu and select Everyone, or
Click the currently selected plan again to clear the filter.
Good to Know
Searching automatically clears any active plan filter.
Selecting a plan filter automatically clears the current search.
You can still sort the customer list while a plan filter is active.
Search results and filtered lists respect your current sort order.
