Generate with AI buttons write a draft for you in the box they sit under. The draft replaces what's in the box, and nothing is saved or sent until you click Save or Send, so you can edit it first.

How to use it
Optional: type a few words in the box about what you want, e.g. "closed Saturday for a private event, offer 20% off next week". The AI uses this as its brief.
Click Generate with AI. The button shows a spinner while it writes.
Read the draft and edit anything that isn't right.
Click Save or Send.
For message replies and new messages you must type a few words first. For plan descriptions and welcome emails, either save the plan or type a few words first.
What the AI writes
Formatted text using headings, bold, italic and quotes, with simple lists made of lines starting with a dash or emoji.
No subject lines, no greeting by name, and no placeholders like {first_name}, because nothing would fill them in.
Tells customers to book "on our website".
Short, ready-to-send copy. For example, trigger Welcome messages are about 130 to 200 words and Thank You messages about 70 to 120.
Always check prices, credits, dates and times before saving. The AI writes from your settings, so if a setting is wrong the text will be too.
Limits
What you type in the box can be up to 4,000 characters for plans and triggers, and 2,000 for announcements and messages.
You can run one generation of each kind at a time. If one is already running you'll see a message like "a description is already being generated".
There is a monthly usage limit. If you reach it you'll see "You have reached your monthly AI limit. This will be available again next month."
If AI is turned off for your account you'll see "AI is not enabled for this account". Contact Birrdi support to turn it on.
If generation fails you'll see "This could not be generated, please try again". Click the button again.
