Membership charges cannot be refunded directly through Birrdi.
If you need to refund a customer for a membership payment, the refund must be
processed through your Square Dashboard.
Refund a Membership Charge
Open your Square Dashboard.
Search for the customer who purchased the membership.
Open the customer's profile.
Locate their recent purchases or transactions.
Find the membership charge you want to refund.
Open the transaction and process the refund through Square.
Once the refund is processed, Square will handle returning the funds to the customer's original payment method.
Important
Refunding the payment in Square does not automatically cancel or change the customer's membership in Birrdi.
If the membership should also be canceled, you will need to manage the customer's membership separately under Plans → Memberships in Birrdi.
