Complimentary Credits FAQ

Complimentary Credits let you grant free booking credits to any customer without requiring a Membership or Pack. Credits are stored on the customer's account and can be redeemed when making eligible reservations.

Each Complimentary Credit is worth one hour of booking time.


HOW TO ADD COMPLIMENTARY CREDITS

Step 1: Navigate to the Customers page.

Step 2: Select the customer you want to update.

Step 3: Click the Complimentary Credits tab.

Step 4: Click Add Credits.

Step 5: Enter the number of credits.

Optionally add a note explaining why the credits were issued.

Step 6: Click Confirm.

The credits will immediately be added to the customer's account.


HOW TO REMOVE COMPLIMENTARY CREDITS

Step 1: Open the customer's Complimentary Credits tab.

Step 2: Click Remove Credits.

Step 3: Enter the number of credits to remove.

Optionally add a note.

Step 4: Click Confirm.

The transaction will be recorded in the customer's credit history.


GOOD TO KNOW

  • Complimentary Credits are not tied to a Membership or Pack.

  • Complimentary Credits do not renew or expire automatically.

  • Every Complimentary Credit transaction is recorded in the customer's credit history.

  • Each Complimentary Credit is worth one free hour of booking time.

  • Complimentary Credits can only be redeemed on Public Rates where Allow Credits is enabled.


COMMON QUESTIONS

Does a customer need a Membership or Pack to receive Complimentary Credits?

No. Complimentary Credits can be granted to any customer, regardless of whether they have a Membership or Pack.

Do Complimentary Credits expire?

No. They remain on the customer's account until they are redeemed or manually removed.

Why can't a customer redeem their Complimentary Credits?

Complimentary Credits can only be redeemed on Public Rates where Allow Credits is enabled. If the selected rate is not a Public Rate or Allow Credits is disabled, the credits won't be available during checkout.

What can I use Complimentary Credits for?

Many operators use Complimentary Credits for:

  • Promotions

  • Giveaways

  • Customer service gestures

  • Tournament prizes

  • Manual account adjustments
