You can export reporting data from the Home Dashboard as a CSV file for further analysis in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or any spreadsheet application.
Reports always reflect the currently selected facility and date range.
Downloading a Report
Navigate to Home from the top navigation.
Select the desired Facility (if applicable).
Choose the Date Range you want to report on.
Click Download at the top of the page.
The Reports panel will open.
Click Download Report.
The CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.
The filename includes the selected reporting period.
Example:

Busiest Times Report
The downloadable report provides detailed utilization data for each booking time throughout the selected reporting period.
Each row includes:
Start Time — The reservation start time.
Total Bays — The total number of bays at your facility.
Total Slots Available — The total booking capacity for that time period.
Total Occupied — The number of reservations during that time period.
Utilization — The percentage of available capacity that was booked.
This report is useful for:
Measuring facility utilization
Identifying peak operating hours
Finding underutilized booking windows
Staffing analysis
Business planning
Sharing operational reports with partners or investors
Report Requirements
The Download button is available for:
Simulator facilities
Driving Range facilities
Other facility types do not currently support downloadable Home Dashboard reports.
Report Limits
Reports are limited to a maximum date range of 30 days, matching the Home Dashboard reporting period.
If a longer date range is required, simply generate multiple reports.
Good to Know
Reports always use the currently selected facility and date range.
If there are no reservations during the selected reporting period, Birrdi will notify you that there is no data available to download.
CSV reports can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or imported into other reporting tools.
Common Questions
Why don't I see the Download button?
The Download feature is currently available only for Simulator and Driving Range facilities.
What date range does the report use?
The report always uses the date range currently selected on the Home Dashboard.
Simply change the date range before downloading if you need a different reporting period.
