Birrdi provides a downloadable utilization report from the Home Dashboard.
If you're looking for more detailed reporting around sales, revenue, transactions, memberships, refunds, taxes, or individual rates, we recommend using Square's reporting tools instead.
Downloading the Birrdi Utilization Report
Navigate to Home.
Select the desired Facility.
Choose the Date Range.
Click Download.
Click Download Report.
The report will download as a CSV file.
What's Included
The Birrdi downloadable report focuses on facility utilization.
Each row includes:
Start Time
Total Bays
Total Slots Available
Total Occupied
Utilization
This is useful for understanding:
How busy your facility is
Peak and slower booking times
Bay utilization
Available capacity
Looking for Sales or Revenue Reporting?
For financial and transaction reporting, use Square.
Each Birrdi rate should be connected to a Square Item, allowing you to use Square's reporting tools to analyze things such as:
Revenue
Sales by rate or item
Membership payments
Lesson revenue
Pack sales
Transactions
Refunds
Discounts
Taxes
Payment methods
Square also provides more advanced filtering and downloadable reporting options for this data.
As a general rule:
Facility utilization → Birrdi
Sales, revenue, and transactions → Square
Report Limits
The Birrdi utilization report is limited to a maximum date range of 30 days.
If you need a longer period, generate multiple reports or use Square when analyzing financial data over a longer timeframe.
