1. My Uneekor is not in Commercial Mode

If your Uneekor is not in commercial mode, you’ll need to submit a request here:
https://birrdi.square.site/uneekor

2. Changing Your Opening Day or Blocking Bays

Do not use the Hours settings for this.
Instead:

  • Use Custom Events to set your schedule changes

  • Or edit an existing Custom Event
    This ensures your bookings and availability display correctly.

3. Credits Aren’t Working

If credits are not applying, check the following:

  • Pre-Payment is ON for the reservation

  • All rates are connected to a Square item

  • Receipts are not showing custom amounts

  • Credits are enabled on your rates

  • Avoid using Pay Later on the admin side, credits won’t apply if you do

4. PIN Codes for Launch Monitors

Launch monitors do not use PIN codes, PIN codes are only for your doors.
Once set up, launch monitors will automatically turn on/off based on the reservation time. If something isn’t working, check your Audit Logs to verify activity.

5. Reporting

Birrdi’s reporting is basic by design right now.
For more detailed reports, use Square Reporting, it provides more in-depth insights.
We plan to enhance Birrdi reporting in the future.
