Birrdi makes it easy to export your customer data for reporting, marketing, or backup purposes.
You can export:
Your entire Customer Directory
An individual customer
CSV files can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or any spreadsheet application.
Exporting Your Customer Directory
Navigate to the Customers page.
Click the Download button in the top-right corner.
A CSV file named Customers Report will be downloaded to your computer.
What's Included?
The export reflects the customers currently displayed in your list.
For example:
If you've filtered to a specific Membership, only those customers will be exported.
If you've filtered to a League or Pack, only those customers will be exported.
If you've searched for a customer, only the search results will be exported.
Each customer includes:
Name
Phone
Email
Reservations
Lifetime Spend
Credits Used
Account Credits
Average Session
Last Visit
Joined Date
If there are no customers in the current view, Birrdi will notify you that there are no customers to export.
Exporting an Individual Customer
Open the customer's profile.
Click Download in the action bar at the bottom of the profile.
A CSV containing information for that customer will be downloaded.
In addition to the standard customer information, the individual export also includes the customer's Internal Notes.
Common Questions
Does the export include every reservation?
No.
Customer exports provide a summary of each customer, including totals and key metrics.
To view a customer's reservation history, open their profile and select the Reservations tab.
Why are there two Download buttons?
The Download button on the Customers page exports every customer currently shown in the list.
The Download button inside a customer's profile exports only that individual customer.
Can I export only Members, League players, or Pack holders?
Yes.
Simply filter the Customer Directory first, then click Download.
The exported CSV will include only the customers currently displayed in the filtered list.
