Punch Passes Have Been Renamed to Packs

To simplify terminology across Birrdi, Punch Passes have been renamed to Packs.

This is a name change only—your existing Punch Passes continue to work exactly as they did before.

What's Changed?

Anywhere you previously saw Punch Passes, you'll now see Packs.

This includes:

  • The left-hand sidebar

  • Plan configuration

  • Rate configuration

  • Lesson configuration

  • Customer sign-up pages

  • Documentation

Why We Made This Change?

Many operators use Punch Passes for much more than simulator time. They're commonly used to sell:

  • Lesson Packs (e.g. 5 Lessons or 10 Lessons)

  • Practice Packs

  • Public Play Packs

  • Multi-Session Packages

The name Pack better reflects these use cases and is easier for customers to understand than "Punch Pass."

Whether you're selling a 5 Lesson Pack, 10 Lesson Pack, or a bundle of simulator hours, they all fit naturally under the new Packs terminology.

Has Anything Else Changed?

No.

Only the name has changed.

Your existing:

  • Lesson Packs (formerly Lesson Punch Passes)

  • Public Play Packs

  • Credit balances

  • Customer purchases

  • Sign-Up Links

  • Square integrations

  • Credit Plans

  • Rate assignments

all continue to function exactly as before.

Where Do I Find Packs?

Navigate to:

PlansPacks

If you're following older documentation that refers to Punch Passes, simply replace that term with Packs. The setup process and functionality remain exactly the same.
