Corporate memberships in Birrdi are set up as a dedicated membership plan for each business, with billing handled separately.
How It Works
You will:
Create a membership named after the company
Set the price to $0 inside Birrdi
Charge the business separately via a Square invoice
Add each employee to the membership individually
Example:
Acme Corporate Membership
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Create a New Membership Plan
Go to your Memberships section and create a new plan.
Name it:
Acme Corporate Membership
[Company Name] Corporate Membership
Set the following:
Price: $0
Billing Frequency: Yearly
Access Duration: 1 year
2. Decide What the Membership Includes
You have two options depending on how you want to structure the benefit:
Option A: Member Pricing Only (Recommended)
Give employees access to a discounted member rate.
No credits required
Simple to manage
Employees pay per booking at the discounted rate
Option B: Add Credits (Advanced)
If you want to include free time as part of the membership:
Set up a credit plan
Attach it to the membership
Credits can be used for bookings
Credits are an advanced feature and are not required for most corporate setups.
3. Charge the Business via Square
Send a one-time yearly invoice through Square.
Example:
“Acme Corporate Membership – Annual Access”
$6,000
Birrdi does not process this payment directly.
4. Collect Employee Phone Numbers
Before adding employees, you must have their phone numbers.
Birrdi uses phone numbers to:
Create or identify user accounts
Assign memberships correctly
Ensure each employee has their own login
5. Add Employees to the Membership
Once payment is confirmed and you have employee details:
Add them to the corporate membership
Repeat for all employees
Each employee will have:
Their own account
Their own access
Their own booking history
Managing the Membership
Add employees as needed (requires phone number)
Remove employees who leave
Renew annually via a new Square invoice
Update credits (if using them) as needed
Why This Setup
Keeps billing separate and flexible
Works for both simple discounts and advanced perks
Gives each employee individual access
Keeps your system clean and scalable
Best Practices
Keep pricing at $0 inside Birrdi
