Color-Coding Membership and Public Rates

Updated over a week ago

Color-coding your rates helps you quickly identify different types of players on the reservation sheet. For example, you might want members, public players, or VIP players to appear with different colors so staff can instantly recognize them.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Rates

  1. In the top menu bar, click Simulators.

  2. Click the simulator you want to manage.

  3. In the left sidebar, click Rates.

Step 2: Edit a Rate

  1. Find the rate you want to color-code (for example Public, Member, or Players Pass).

  2. Click the pencil icon next to that rate to edit it, or add a new rate if you like.

  3. Scroll down until you see Rate Color.

Step 3: Choose a Color

Select a color for that rate.

Example:

  • Orange β†’ Members

  • Blue β†’ Public Players

  • Purple β†’ VIP Members

Once saved, any reservation made using that rate will appear in that color on the reservation sheet.

Why Use Rate Colors?

Color-coding helps staff quickly understand who is playing without needing to open the reservation.

Common uses include:

  • Public vs Members

  • Players Pass holders

  • VIP or premium members

  • Special staff or internal rates

You can assign a color to any rate, allowing you to organize your reservation sheet in a way that makes sense for your business.
