Sorting Rates and Memberships for a Better Checkout Experience

Updated over a week ago

Keeping your rates and memberships properly sorted makes the booking experience faster and easier for your customers. When rates are organized clearly, customers can quickly find the option they need and complete their reservation without confusion.

Recommended Rate Order

We recommend organizing your rates from most common to least common.

A common structure looks like this:

  1. Public Rate

  2. Membership Rates (from least expensive to most expensive)

  3. Special Rates (VIP, Staff, Lessons, etc.)

This structure helps customers immediately find the option they are most likely to select.

Why Sorting Matters

Properly sorting your rates helps:

  • Customers book faster by quickly finding the correct option

  • Reduce confusion during checkout

  • Improve staff visibility when reviewing reservations

  • Keep pricing organized so you always know exactly what you are charging

A clean rate order benefits both customers and operators.

Important: Sorting Must Be Applied Per Day

One important detail: rate sorting is applied per day of the week.

When you change the order of rates, the sort does not automatically apply to other days. This is intentional so operators have full flexibility to customize pricing for different days.

If you want the same rate order every day:

  1. Sort the rates for Monday

  2. Repeat the same sort for Tuesday

  3. Continue for the remaining days of the week

Once you have sorted the rates for all 7 days, you’re finished and the order will remain consistent moving forward.

Keeping your rates organized is a small step that makes a big difference in checkout speed and overall usability for your customers.
