What this means
This is usually caused by your minimum time requirement.
Example:
Minimum booking length = 1 hour
Time interval = 30 minutes
Only a 30-minute gap is available
Because your minimum is 1 hour, customers cannot book the 30-minute gap.
Can this be bypassed?
No.
The only way to allow this booking is to:
Change your minimum time requirement to 30 minutes
Important Note About Extensions
When customers extend via the SMS extension link (sent 15 minutes before the reservation ends):
The minimum requirement is not enforced
Extensions can bypass the minimum rule
This only applies to extensions, not new bookings
