Updated over 10 months ago

Step 1: Click the Simulators tab on the top Menu Bar and then click into the simulator you want to aadd the membership plan to.

Step 2: Click on Rates in the left side bar.

Step 3: Click on the Add Rate button to create a new rate or the pencil icon next to an existing rate.

Step 4: Step 4: Now you can set all the settings in your Rates.

IMPORTANT FIELDS:

Name: Keep these simple, Public is perfect, if you have different prices across time, you MUST keep the name the same to trigger the price increase, see Variable Rates*

Time Range: If you want this price to be set ALL day, leave it all day, if you want this Rate to start and stop at certain times, set the time here. Remember, if you want the price to END at 4pm, please set it to 3:59pm not 4pm!

Date Range: This is if you want to have your prices change depending on the time of year, Winter Rates and Summer rates.

Membership Plan: If this Rate was for a Membership, this is where you connect that Membership to the Rate.

Allow Credits: If this is a Membership Rate and you are going to allow the use of Credits this is where you can set that up.

Slashed Rate: When used, this will show the user a crossed out price, think of a On Sale type of setting, so if you charge $50 in person and $45 online, you would type 50 here!

Rate: This is where you connect your Square item to your Rate, if you do not connect to a Square item, we will still charge the user, however the reporting on Squares end will just show "Custom Amount" if you need to learn how to make an item in Square, click here!

Bay Behavior: If you have different Rates for different bays, this is where you set that!

Restrict Booking in Advance: If you want this item to only be able to be booked out a certain amount of time, this is where you set that.
