Birrdi will show matching bookings, including the event names and dates.
How to add a booking for a customer
If someone registers through your staff rather than booking themselves:
Open the event's bookings.
Click New Booking.
Complete the booking on their behalf.
These bookings are identified as Booked from Staff.
How to download your participant list
Open your event's bookings.
Click the list icon to open Quick Glance.
Select Download.
This is especially useful if you need a participant list for tournament day.
Why is a customer's name red?
A red name means the booking hasn't been paid.
If the customer paid in person, open their booking and click Mark Paid to record the payment.
Tip: Use the Checked In At column to see who has arrived and who you're still expecting.
