Birrdi's AI Insights feature gives you a detailed overview of how your membership and pack plans are performing, helping you better understand revenue, customer activity, retention, and overall plan performance.
Instead of manually reviewing reports, you can access important key performance indicators (KPIs) for each plan in one place.
How to Access AI Insights
Open your Birrdi Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Plans.
Select the membership or pack plan you want to review.
Click the AI Insights button.
A panel will open displaying performance metrics and insights specific to that plan.
What Metrics Are Available?
AI Insights provides a breakdown of important KPIs, including:
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Understand how much recurring revenue your membership plan generates each month.
Churn Rate: Track how many members are canceling or leaving your plan over time.
Average Bookings per Month: See how frequently members are making reservations.
Membership Activity: Understand how actively customers are using their memberships or packs.
Additional Performance Metrics: Explore other important KPIs related to revenue, reservations, and customer retention.
The metrics displayed may vary depending on whether you're viewing a recurring membership, one-time membership, or a pack.

AI Insights is available for both Memberships and Packs, giving you a convenient way to monitor performance across your different plan offerings.
Note: AI Insights uses your plan's existing data in Birrdi to calculate and display performance metrics. The feature is informational and does not make changes to your plan, pricing, or members.
