Lesson Booking Links let you share a dedicated booking page for lessons, separate from your regular simulator booking page. Customers can view instructor availability and book lessons without navigating your standard reservation flow.
HOW TO FIND YOUR LESSON BOOKING LINK
Step 1: From the top navigation bar, click Simulators.
Step 2: In the left sidebar, click Booking Links.
Step 3: Locate the Booking Link you want to share.
Each Booking Link includes:
Regular Booking Link — for simulator reservations.
Lesson Booking Link — for lesson reservations.
Step 4: Click Copy next to the Lesson Booking Link.
Step 5: Share the Lesson Booking Link on your website, in emails, social media, or anywhere you promote lessons.
GOOD TO KNOW
Every Booking Link includes both a Regular Booking Link and a Lesson Booking Link.
Use the Regular Booking Link for simulator reservations.
Use the Lesson Booking Link anywhere you're promoting lessons or instructor availability.
Customers using the Lesson Booking Link will only see lesson availability.

What's the difference between the two booking links?
The Regular Booking Link is for simulator reservations. The Lesson Booking Link is specifically for booking lessons and displays instructor availability instead of standard simulator availability.
Which link should I put on my website?
If the page is promoting simulator bookings, use the Regular Booking Link. If the page is promoting lessons or instructors, use the Lesson Booking Link.
Before Using a Lesson Booking Link
A Lesson Booking Link only provides value once you have set up your instructor lesson rates in Birrdi.
To set up lesson rates:
Go to Simulators in the top menu.
Select the simulator where lessons will be offered.
In the left sidebar, under Pricing, click Lessons.
Set up your instructor lesson rates and availability for each day of the week.
Once your instructor lesson rates are configured, you can use the Lesson Booking Link to give customers a direct way to reserve lessons with that instructor.
Important: If a lesson rate is marked Staff Only, it will not appear on the public Lesson Booking Link. Only lesson rates available to customers will be displayed on the public booking page.
Why use the Lesson Booking Link?
The Lesson Booking Link shows customers the instructor’s configured lesson availability, which is not shown through the normal booking link.
Times outside of the instructor’s configured availability may still appear on the Lesson Booking Link, but the instructor’s availability is clearly shown so customers can see which times the instructor is actually available for lessons.
