The Busiest Times chart, located on the Home Dashboard, helps you understand when your facility is busiest throughout the day.

The Busiest Times chart, located on the Home Dashboard, helps you understand when your facility is busiest throughout the day.

Using your selected facility and date range, the chart visualizes reservation activity by time of day, making it easy to identify peak booking periods and slower hours.


Viewing the Busiest Times Chart

Navigate to Home from the top navigation.

The Busiest Times chart appears near the top of the Key Metrics Dashboard.

The chart automatically updates whenever you change:

  • Facility

  • Date Range


How to Read the Chart

The chart displays reservation activity throughout the day.

Hover over any point on the chart to view the number of reservations during that time period.

Use this report to identify:

  • Peak booking hours

  • Quiet periods

  • Staffing opportunities

  • Pricing opportunities

  • Customer booking patterns

Understanding when customers prefer to book can help optimize staffing levels, promotional campaigns, and operating hours.


Changing the Date Range

The Busiest Times chart always reflects the currently selected date range.

Examples include:

  • Today

  • This Week

  • This Month

  • Custom Date Range

Selecting a different period immediately refreshes the chart.


Changing Facilities

If your account manages multiple facilities, selecting a different facility updates the chart to display reservation activity for that location only.


Downloading the Data

The reservation data shown in the Busiest Times chart can also be exported.

Click Download from the Home Dashboard to generate a CSV report for the currently selected facility and date range.


Good to Know

  • The chart is only displayed when reservations exist for the selected date range.

  • If there are no reservations, Birrdi displays an empty-state message instead.

  • On smaller devices, some charts may be hidden to provide the best viewing experience.
