If you haven't selected a date range before, Birrdi defaults to This Week.
Using a Custom Date Range
To view a specific period:
Click the Date Range button.
Select Custom.
Choose a Start Date.
Choose an End Date.
The Home Dashboard will immediately refresh using the selected date range.
Note: Custom date ranges are limited to a maximum of 30 days.
If you select a range longer than 30 days, Birrdi will notify you and ask you to choose a shorter range.
Viewing Future Reservations
The Home Dashboard isn't limited to historical reporting.
Selecting Today, Tomorrow, or another future date allows you to see reservations that have already been booked for upcoming days.
This is useful for:
Understanding future occupancy
Identifying open availability
Planning staffing levels
Preparing for busy days
Good to Know
Every report and chart automatically updates when you change the date range.
Downloaded reports always reflect the currently selected date range.
Both viewing and downloading reports are limited to a maximum of 30 days at a time.
If no reservations exist during the selected period, the dashboard will display an empty-state message until data becomes available.
