Banning a customer prevents them from making online reservations with your facility.
This is useful for situations such as:
Abusive behavior
Customers you no longer wish to accept online reservations from
Banning a customer is completely reversible and does not delete any customer information.
How to Ban a Customer
Open the customer's profile.
Select the Details tab.
Click Ban.
Click Confirm Ban.
The customer is immediately banned from making online reservations.
What Happens When a Customer Is Banned?
Once banned:
The customer's name appears in red throughout Birrdi.
Their status changes from Active to Banned.
They can no longer make online reservations.
Their customer profile, reservation history, plans, credits, and payment information remain unchanged.
How to Unban a Customer
Open the customer's profile.
Select the Details tab.
Click Unban.
Click Confirm Unban.
The customer can immediately begin making online reservations again.
Their status changes back to Active, and their name returns to its normal appearance.

Their name appears in red throughout Birrdi.
Their status is displayed as Banned instead of Active in the Customer Directory.
