Troubleshooting Errors, Bugs, or Something Not Working

If you run into an error, unexpected behavior, or something in Birrdi is not working as expected, follow these steps first.

Step 1: Check Your Audit Logs

Most issues can be identified directly from your Audit Logs.

Your Audit Logs will often show:

  • Failed requests

  • Integration errors

  • Missing configurations

  • Payment issues

  • Access control responses

  • Third-party API responses

  • Validation errors

Before reaching out for support, always review the Audit Logs for the affected reservation, booking, payment, or action.

Step 2: Contact Customer Success

If:

  • Nothing appears in the Audit Logs

  • The issue is highly specific to your setup

  • You believe you’ve found a bug

  • Something still does not make sense after reviewing the logs

Include as much detail as possible, including:

  • What happened

  • The date/time of the issue

  • The customer or reservation involved

  • Screenshots or screen recordings

  • Any relevant Audit Log entries
