I need guidance with my uneekor integration and setup

Step 1.

Always go to your Audit Logs. Audit Logs will shed more information on the problem and will help you understand what you need to fix.

Click the simulators tab in the top Menu Bar

1. Ensure the launch monitor is actively connected to the Uneekor server (restart computer to ensure this is connected).

2. Verify that the correct serial (i2H5aoKX0O0mhhLm) and device ID (300004861020) is in Birrdi.

If you are seeing the "please handle manually" error in Birrdi, it means that your setup is not configured correctly in birrdi.
