Step 1.

Always go to your Audit Logs. Audit Logs will shed more information on the problem and will help you understand what you need to fix.

Click the simulators tab in the top Menu Bar

Step 2. Click Audit Logs on the Sidebar

1. Go to the ProTee Setup Guide on Birrdi's help center: https://help.birrdi.com/en/articles/11066124-how-to-activate-protee-on-off-control

2. Follow the guide step by step to ensure your setup is correct.

3. Once you have completed the setup, try using Birrdi again. If you are still seeing the "Setup Not Correct" error, please contact our support team for further assistance.
