Step 3: If you see these successful pin codes in your audit logs, it means the Birrdi integration is set up correctly. If the codes are not working on your device, it likely indicates an issue with your remote lock device β such as dead batteries, poor Wi-Fi connection, or other device-related problems. Go to your remote lock dashboard, and confirm your device is NOT in a pending state like this:
If you see your device in a pending state, your best course of action is to restart the device and get it back into the proper state.
