How to Connect (or Reconnect) Square to Birrdi

If your Square account becomes disconnected, you can reconnect it in just a few steps.

Step 1: Go to Integrations

From the top menu bar in Birrdi:

  1. Click Integrations

  2. You’ll land on the Square POS Connection page


Step 2: Click “Connect”

In the middle of the screen:

  1. Click Connect

  2. You’ll be redirected to Square to authorize access


Step 3: Authorize Birrdi in Square

  1. Log in to your Square account (if prompted)

  2. Review the permissions

  3. Click Allow to grant Birrdi access

This authorization allows Birrdi to:

  • Sync transactions

  • Sync linked items and rates

  • Process payments properly


Step 4: Redirect Back to Birrdi

After you click Allow, Square will automatically redirect you back to Birrdi.

Once redirected:

  • Your Square account will be fully connected again

  • Syncing will resume immediately


Important Notes

  • If your connection becomes invalid, syncing will stop until you reconnect.

  • You can safely reconnect at any time — it will not affect existing data.
