Access Denied? How to Unlock Your Birrdi Account

If you’re seeing an “Access Denied” message when trying to access certain parts of Birrdi, it means your account has not completed onboarding yet.

This is expected behavior for new locations or accounts that haven’t been fully activated.


Why This Happens

Access to Birrdi is unlocked only after onboarding is completed. Onboarding ensures that:

  • Your location is properly configured

  • Billing and onboarding fees are handled correctly

  • Your account is enabled with the correct permissions

Until this process is finished, access will remain restricted.


How to Resolve It
