If you’ve restarted your simulator machine and are still seeing a “Uneekor Not Found” error, this issue is not caused by Birrdi and cannot be resolved from within Birrdi.
At this point, the problem is coming directly from Uneekor, and you’ll need to work with their support team to move forward.
What This Means
When Birrdi shows a “Uneekor Not Found” error after a restart, it means:
Birrdi is unable to detect your Uneekor device
The device is not properly registering with Uneekor’s systems
This is outside of Birrdi’s control
Birrdi does not manage Uneekor device registration, licensing, or hardware authorization.
What To Do Next (Required)
You’ll need to contact Uneekor Support directly and ask them to investigate.
When reaching out, include the following information:
Your Uneekor Account ID
The serial number(s) of the Uneekor unit(s) that are not being detected
A brief description explaining that Birrdi is attempting to execute on/off commands, but Uneekor is returning a “Not Found” error for the device.
Important Clarification
✅ Birrdi is working as expected
❌ This is not a Birrdi bug or configuration issue
🔧 Only Uneekor can resolve device-level or account-level detection problems
Until Uneekor confirms the device is correctly set up on their side, Birrdi will continue to show the error.
Once Uneekor Confirms Resolution
After Uneekor provides confirmation or instructions and the issue is resolved on their end:
Restart your simulator machine again if instructed
The Uneekor connection should appear normally in Birrdi
If you’re still experiencing issues after Uneekor confirms everything is correct, you can then reach back out to Birrdi Support with that confirmation.
