Why do I see times marked as DISABLED in Birrdi?

If you ever see time slots showing as DISABLED in your booking view, it usually means your Closed Hours are being displayed.

Follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Click the Settings gear in the top navigation bar.

  2. Scroll down until you see the section labeled Closed Hours.

  3. Click “Hide” next to Closed Hours.

Return to your calendar or schedule — your times should now appear as normal!
