Auto Pay failures and how to fix

If a member's auto-pay fails, follow these steps to reinstate their payment plan.

Step 1.

Get in contact with the member and ask them to sign in to their Birrdi account with this link https://app.birrdi.com/u/browse_purchases

That link directs them to their Memberships, where they’ll see their membership with your business marked as 'Lapsed'.

Step 2.

Click on the membership.

This will open a sheet displaying a blue 'Renew Membership' button at the bottom.

Step 3.

Click the Renew Membership button

This will open a modal prompting the customer to enter their credit card details. Once they submit their card and click 'Confirm Renew Membership,' their membership is restored, allowing them to make reservations as usual.
