Check if the Customer's Membership is Active

When a member can not book, this is where you start to investigate why!

The first thing to check is whether the customer's membership is active.

1. Go to the Memberships section in the top menu bar.

2. Find the membership that the customer you are investigating is a member of.

3. Click the user icon with the plus sign to view members in that membership.

4. **Search for the user using their member number (or search by name).

5. Check the color of their status:

β€’ Red = Membership has expired, which is why they cannot book.

β€’ Black/Normal = Membership is active.

βœ… Solution: If the member is red (expired), they will need to renew their membership or be re-added to an active membership.
