Step 1: Go to the Memberships Tab
Step 2. Find the relevant membership plan and click the user-plus icon to view the list of members.
Sep 3. If a member’s name appears in red, it means their payment is overdue. They must resolve this on their own by going to https://app.birrdi.com/u/browse_purchases
Step 4. Click the information icon next to the member's phone number to see when they joined and when the next billing date was due. This tells you how long their account has been unpaid.
Step 5. If the member should no longer have access, click the X icon next to their name to remove them from the membership.
Step 6. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Confirm Remove" to complete the action.
Step 7. Switch to the "Recently Canceled" tab. This shows members who were removed but may still have temporary access.
Step 8. If there's a red "Remove Access" button, the member is in a grace period. Click the information icon to see when their access expires.
Step 9. To remove their access before the grace period ends, click "Remove Access", then confirm in the pop-up.
Summary:
After removing a member from a membership plan, always check the Recently Canceled tab to make sure their grace period isn’t still active. If it is, remove their access. This ensures that if you re-add the member, they won’t end up with multiple overlapping memberships for the same plan.
