How to Access Birrdi Admin

Once you have created your admin account on Birrdi, these are the steps to login.

Step 1: Head to https://company.birrdi.com/ and click the Already have an account button at the bottom:

Step 2: Enter the email used to created your account.


Step 3: Enter the 6 digit code that was just sent to that email.

Step 4: That's it, you are now signed into Birrdi Admin! If you need to reach us, this is how you access support chat


Customer Support vs. Operator Support

Birrdi Admin (company.birrdi.com) is designed only for facility owners, operators, and staff. Customers will never need to visit this page. Customers interact exclusively with your booking experience through app.birrdi.com, where they can easily book, cancel, or manage their reservations.

Because of this, Birrdi does not provide direct technical support to your customers. The customer experience is intentionally simple, and we receive very little customer support related to bookings.

If your customers need to contact your business about reservations, memberships, events, or general questions, we recommend using Square’s built-in messaging CRM called Square Messages. This allows you to communicate directly with your customers, keep conversation history organized, and manage customer relationships effectively.
