You can customize the top menu bar in the Birrdi admin by pinning up to 3 of your most-used features. Pinned features show as buttons in the top bar so you can reach them in one click.
Who can customize the menu bar
Operators and Admins (including Owners) can pin features on desktop and on wide iPad screens.
Staff and Managers have a fixed top bar and cannot pin features.
What is always in the menu bar
These items are always shown and cannot be removed:
Home — your location overview.
Your facility type — named after your location, e.g. Simulators, Golf Courses, Driving Ranges, Hotels, Sports, or Multi Sport if your location has more than one type. It is hidden if your location doesn't take reservations.
Customers — your customer directory.
Support
Menu — opens the full list of features.
Your pinned features appear between Customers and Support.
Features you can pin
Messages, Plans, Discounts, Gift Cards, Loyalty, Website, Marketing, Integrations, Events, Triggers and Billing.
Billing can only be pinned by Admins.
Events only shows if events are turned on for your location.
Default pins
New users start with Messages, Plans and Discounts pinned.
How to change your pins
Click Menu in the top bar.
Find the feature you want. Each one has a star on the right.
Click the star to pin it (solid star) or unpin it (outline star).

Things to know
Pins are saved in your browser, not your account. If you log in on another computer or another browser, you'll see the default pins there.
Signing out resets your pins to the defaults (Messages, Plans, Discounts). It also resets your theme, font size and button style.
You can't reorder or hide items. New pins are added at the end. To change the order, unpin and re-pin features in the order you want.
There is no reset button. Unpin and re-pin features by hand, or sign out and back in to return to the defaults.
On wide iPad screens only your first 2 pins show in the top bar. On narrow iPads and phones, pins are not shown; use the menu instead.

The gear icon has separate display settings, also saved in your browser:
Theme: Light, Dark or System
Font Size: Normal or Large
Button Radius: Square, Round or Pill
On mobile, Background Color: Default, Dark gray, Light red or Primary color
