Birrdi allows you to track promo code usage directly from your Admin dashboard. You can see who has redeemed a specific promo code without having to review individual reservations.
How to View Promo Code Redemptions
Log in to your Birrdi Admin dashboard.
Click Marketing in the top navigation bar.
Select Promo Codes from the left sidebar.
Find the promo code you want to track in the list.
Under the Actions column on the far right, click Redeemed.
You can now view who has redeemed that promo code.
Do I Need to Check Individual Reservations?
No! You do not need to search through your Reservation Sheet or open individual reservations to track promo code usage.
Simply navigate to Marketing → Promo Codes → Redeemed for the specific promo code you want to review.
This is the easiest way to track which customers have used your promotional offers.
