If your facility is not open yet, you can configure your Birrdi booking link so customers are directed to your opening date instead of the current date.
This is useful if you want to start sharing your booking link before your facility officially opens.
Set the Booking Link Date
Go to Simulators in the top menu bar.
Select Booking Links from the left sidebar.
Find the booking link you want to use.
Click Copy Booking Link.
You'll be given the option to set a specific date for the booking link.
Select your facility's opening date.
Copy and use the generated booking link on your website, social media, emails, or anywhere else you're accepting reservations.
When customers open this link, the booking page will start on the date you selected.
Important: Block Dates Before Your Opening Date
Setting a specific date on the booking link does not prevent customers from navigating to earlier dates.
If your facility is not open yet, you should also create a Custom Event that blocks availability from the current date through the day before your opening date.
For example, if your facility opens September 1, create a Custom Event that blocks all simulator availability through August 31.
This ensures customers cannot make a reservation before your official opening date.

This allows you to begin accepting future reservations while making sure no one can reserve simulator time before your facility is ready.
