Step 1: Click the simulators tab at the top menu bar, and then click the simulator you want to add/edit these forms to.
Step 2: Locate the Forms & Waivers section in the left hand menu and Click on it!
Step 3: Click the Add button if you are creating your 1st or click the pen edit icon beside the one you want to update!
Step 4: Enter in all the info and click Save!
Step 5: That's it, if you need to edit this or any other click the pen icon!
