How to Invite or Add a New Team Member (Admin, Operator, Manager, or Staff)

Add a new admin, staff, or manager team member to your account

Learn how to invite team members to your Birrdi account and assign the appropriate permissions based on their responsibilities.

Step 1: Open Team Members

From your Birrdi Admin account, click Home in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Select Team Members

Click Team Members in the left sidebar.

Step 3: Invite a Team Member

Click the blue Invite button to add a new team member.

Step 4: Choose a Role

Fill out the team member's information and select the appropriate role.

Birrdi offers four permission levels:

  • Admin: Full access to everything in Birrdi, including billing and payment information, advertising integrations, and conversion tracking. This role is intended for business owners and should be assigned carefully.

  • Operator: Access to everything a Manager can do, plus advertising integrations and conversion tracking. This role is ideal for third-party marketing agencies or marketers who need to manage advertising integrations and track conversions through Birrdi, without accessing your billing information.

  • Manager: Access to most management and operational features in Birrdi, excluding billing and payment information, advertising integrations, and conversion tracking. This role is ideal for general managers and other team members responsible for running your facility.

  • Staff: Designed for front-line employees who handle day-to-day operations. Staff accounts can perform most routine tasks and are recommended for employees working at your front desk.

Tip: If you're working with an outside marketing agency, we recommend assigning them the Operator role instead of Admin. This gives them access to advertising and conversion tracking tools without exposing your billing information.

Step 5: Send the Invitation

Click Send Invite. The new team member will receive an email with instructions to sign in and access your Birrdi account.

You can assign different roles to team members based on the level of access they need.
