While we recommend guiding customers to sign up online for instant access to their benefits, there may be times when you need to manually add a member to Birrdi. Follow these steps to ensure their membership is correctly set up.
Step 1: Navigate to the Memberships Tab
• Log in to your Birrdi Admin Dashboard.
• In the top menu, select Memberships.
• Click the User Icon + to view and manage all active members.
Step 2: Add a New Member
Click the “Add New Member” button.
First Payment Date indicates how long the member is paid until. If they’ve paid for a month, set this date one month out to ensure uninterrupted access. Leaving this date unchanged will prevent the membership from being active!
Enter the phone number.
If this membership has Credits, Preload Credits now.
Name is optional.
Click Save, your Member now has access.
Final Step: Show the Member How to Use the System
• Have them log in via their Phone and verify their membership is active.
• Show them where their credits appear (if applicable).
• Guide them through booking their first reservation so they are comfortable using the system moving forward.
By following these steps, you can seamlessly add new members manually while ensuring they receive the full benefits of their membership in Birrdi.
