If you're closing your facility or shutting down operations, you can set your simulator to Inactive in Birrdi to prevent customers from making new reservations.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Birrdi Admin dashboard.
Click Simulators in the top menu bar.
Click Settings.
In the top-right corner, locate the Active toggle.
Switch the Active toggle OFF to mark your simulator as inactive.
Click Save to apply your changes.
How to Reactivate Your Simulator
When you're ready to reopen and accept reservations again:
Navigate to Simulators → Settings.
Switch the Active toggle back ON.
Click Save.
Your simulator will now be active again and available for reservations based on your configured operating hours and rates.
Important: Remember to reactivate your simulator when you're ready to reopen so customers can begin making reservations again.
