If you have two reservations that start at the same time, you can quickly swap the bays they're assigned to without moving either reservation.
Note: The Swap button only appears when there are two reservations with the same start time. The swap will only succeed if both reservations can legally be exchanged (for example, there are no overlapping reservations or other scheduling conflicts).
Step 1: Locate one of the Reservations you want to swap and click it open.
Step 2: In the slide-in panel, click on the customer's name to open the Reservation details.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the Reservation details and click Swap.
Step 4: Select the Reservation you want to swap bays with.
Step 5: Click Confirm Swap.
Step 6: If the swap is valid, both Reservations will immediately exchange bays.
Why can't I see the Swap button?
The Swap button only appears when:
There is another Reservation that starts at the exact same time.
Both Reservations are eligible to be swapped.
If the button doesn't appear, or the swap fails, you'll need to use Move Reservation instead or resolve any conflicting reservations first.
