Drag-and-drop reservation management allows you to move reservations to a different bay or time, or adjust their length, directly from the reservation sheet without opening the reservation.
HOW TO MOVE A RESERVATION
Step 1: Navigate to the Reservations page.
Step 2: Click and hold the reservation you want to move.
Step 3: Drag the reservation to the new bay and/or start time.
Step 4: Release your mouse to move the reservation.
If the new time or bay is available, the reservation will be updated immediately.
HOW TO CHANGE A RESERVATION'S LENGTH
Step 1: Navigate to the Reservations page.
Step 2: Hover over the end of the reservation until the resize handle appears.
Step 3: Click and drag the edge of the reservation to make it longer or shorter.
Step 4: Release your mouse to save the new reservation length.
If the additional time is available, the reservation will be updated immediately.
GOOD TO KNOW
You can move reservations between bays and times without opening the reservation.
Reservations can only be moved to available time slots.
Reservations can only be extended if there are no conflicting reservations.
This feature is especially useful for extending customers who are still playing.
