How to Read the Bay Utilization Report
Each row in the Bay Utilization Report represents a single time slot (for example, 30-minute intervals) across the selected date range. The report aggregates how often bays were used during each of those time slots.
Column Breakdown
Start Time
The time of day for the utilization slot (e.g. 12:00 am, 12:30 am, 1:00 am).
This lets you see usage patterns by time of day, regardless of the date.
Total Bays
The number of bays available at your location during that period.
Total Slots Available
The total number of possible bay slots for that time across the selected date range.
For example:
7 bays × 1 day = 7 total slots
If you select a longer range, this number increases accordingly.
Total Reservations
The number of reservations that actually occurred during that time slot across all selected days.
Utilization
The percentage of available bay slots that were used.
Example:
7 total slots available
3 reservations
Utilization = 42.86%
